Wedding in the City Residence

Hotel City Residence is the perfect choice if you have chosen the Ceremonial Hall of the Old Town Hall for your wedding day, which is just a short walk away. Our team will do everything to make your big day without the stress, with a smile on your lips and have fun until the early morning hours. The newlyweds have the accommodation in a newly reconstructed beautiful apartment for free  and other wedding guests have a discount on accommodation depending on a number of guests. Newlyweds can check-in from 2:00 pm the day before wedding and we can provide them a late check-out until 2:00 pm on the day of the departure. Moreover, we will give you a kind gift for your new journey through life.

  • we will be happy to organize a rehearsal dinner for your wedding guests the night before the wedding ceremony

Hotel conditions and rules

The capacity of Café is max. 25 people and the capacity of lounge is for 10 people.

The rental of premises: 150,-€ until midnight, each additional hour is for 30,-€.

DISCOUNT for Friday terms until the end of 2018: free rental of premises until 10:00 pm, each additional hour is for 30 €.

The rental price includes room preparation, decoration, place setting, service, candles, air conditioning, wedding facilities, cake refrigerators and alcohol.

Minimum order: welcome drink, non-alcoholic drink, appetizer, soup, main dish, second main dish (served or buffet) and coffee. If you keep the minimum consumption, you can bring your own cakes, alcohol and soft drinks to the wedding. Please, tell us your choice of wedding menu at least 30 days before the wedding day.

The hotel employee receives the goods from the wedding guests: alcohol, cakes, etc. the day before the wedding or on the day of the wedding which will be stored in the Café.

It is necessary to confirm the interest of the term no later than 30 days after pre-booking. Upon confirmation of the binding order, the applicants will be issued an advance invoice, on the basis of which it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 150 € for renting the premises and in the case of cancellation this payment in non-refundable. The exact number of wedding guests has to be reported 14-7 days prior to the wedding. If the number of guests will be modified later than 7 days before the wedding day you will be charged 10,-€/person. The final invoice will be made upon agreement with the hotel director.
